DESCRIPTION:Nathan\, the officer in charge at PCYC Bayside has let us know 
 that they are now conducting free boxing every two weeks on the islands. O
 ne fortnight on Macleay\, and the other fortnight\, on Russell.\n\nHilton 
 Travis will be at the Macleay Island Ferry Terminal in the Lions Club Macl
 eay Island bus to pick participants up from the ferry arriving at 5:43 PM 
 and take them to the school\, and will leave the school at 7:15 PM to arri
 ve in time for the 7:28 PM ferry.\n\nAfter the event there will be a free 
 BBQ and drinks for those who are there.\n\nIf you're 12-18\, this is your 
 chance to get fit\, learn some epic boxing skills\, and connect with a cre
 w that’s all about support\, strength\, and self-confidence. No experien
 ce? No worries! Our class is designed for everyone—from beginners to tho
 se looking to up their game.\n\nWhy should you join? Because it’s not ju
 st about throwing punches\; it's about throwing away limits! Here\, you’
 ll challenge yourself\, build up your fitness\, and discover what you’re
  truly capable of. Plus\, you’ll be part of a community that’s all abo
