BAY ISLAND DISABILITY COLLECTIVE
A Cross Sector Collaborative Partnership
The common vision to grow and uplift the image, professionalism and accessibility of disability services in the Bay Islands.
What We Are
The Bay Island Disability Collective is a vehicle and conduit for strong wrap around disability services for Bay Island residents, inclusive of disability early intervention supports, with the aim to lift the image, status and professionalism of disability services in the Bay Islands!
We achieve this by exploring new models and ways of connecting with each other, authentically and transparently, in the spirit of learning, sharing of knowledge, while offering cross sector collaboration at an individual, group, community and organisational level, to achieve a common vision.
Steering Group
A Bay Island Disability Steering Group, established by local Bay Island businesses and with the support of various invited stakeholders, is committed to envisioning a sustainable and inclusive model for all businesses, the community, and government into the future.
