Meditation & Reflection starting Thursday 5pm.
A nourishing and gentle class blending meditation and breathwork practices to restore balance in mind and body. We close each session with journal prompts for self-reflection (optional).
Soul Sessions starting Sunday 2pm (then offered every third Sunday of the month).
A monthly mini-retreat for your soul! Shift emotions and reconnect with your body through flowing movement and breathwork practices. Followed with writing prompts to explore self-compassion and creativity.
